Look, I didn’t want to make this video, but I feel I had no choice since Ojas, Jay Patel is telling people it was built by an ex girlfriend…
Since I didn’t want to make the video, I accidentally left a couple of key details out, because I am frustrated. He used my credit card fraudulently to pay for a bounced check, on top of stealing money from me.
Frankly all of this digusts me because I was raised to treat people with respect and to do right by them.
Jay is a charming manipulative person and will say what he thinks you need to hear in order to get what he wants from you. And what he wants is to control and use you…
Together we have the power and control, so please reach out and share your story.
Video Transcript:
0:00 Hello, my name’s Jonathan and, uh, Jay Patel, also known as Ojas Patel, owes me money. Uhm, I’m the one that created this website.
0:12 I’ve heard, uhm, that Jay is telling people that this website was created by an ex-girlfriend. I’m not a woman. I’ve never dated Jay.
0:24 I’m not gay. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but that’s why he’s telling people just more of the things that he likes to pretend is real.
0:33 Um, I didn’t want to make a video. I didn’t, I didn’t want to put my face on this. I didn’t.
0:40 I just wanted to help people. Um, as you can see here, JW, that’s my initials. This is the amount that he currently owes me.
0:48 It might be a little bit more than this right now, cause there is interest. Um, I have a promissory note from him.
0:54 He’s not made any payments when I’ve called the note due. Um, he owes me for jobs that he has said, um, or for a flooring company that he and I were supposed to be partners in.
1:12 I would like to recover my money. That’s what I would like. So I made this website cause I’ve heard that he owes a lot of other people.
1:19 Uh, we’re using initials on the website just to, so that people can feel safe, um, and not have their full names out there.
1:29 Um, but I, I created this website. It’s owned by an LLC that I also created. Um, so if you want to call and share your story and tell, you know, talk to me about, uh, what’s going on with your side of the case, I would love to have that conversation with you.
1:51 There’s information that I just won’t publish publicly. Um, but I’m happy to have any conversation with any law enforcement or attorney.
2:00 Um, I’m Um, that want to have a conversation about, um, other victims. The, I’m adding victims as I get information from them. Um, we had victims come forward this week.
2:16 I’m still getting some of the information on how much they’re owed to add to the current total. So, I’m a dude.
2:28 I’m not an ex-girlfriend. He’s going to tell you a whole lot of things that just aren’t true. Um, one of the other things that I’m going to post is, uh, going to show you where I’ve been asking for my money since, um, I believe it was May of last year, April or May.
2:45 So, yeah, so if you have a story that you want to share it, please share it. The more we can add to this, the better off it’s going to be in the long run.
2:54 Um, he has started covering his trail on the internet. I’m seeing things that have, that have disappeared that I previously had access to.
3:04 Uh, but this website’s not going anywhere. Um, and Jay, if you’re watching this, do you want to sue me to take the website down?
3:12 Feel free Um, I would love to see you show up for a court case. So, all right, if you have any questions, um, feel free to reach out.
3:22 You can text me in the, in the number that’s tied to the website. Um, I’m sick of hearing that people, more people are, are victims of this con artist.
3:33 That’s what he is. He’s a con artist. He cons people out. The reality Where’s the money Jay? Where’s the money.
3:44 That’s the question that I’ve been asking. So let me know how I can help you. I would love to help you.
3:50 I would love to give you additional information that’s not on the website, and will not be published on the website.
3:55 Um, hope to hear from you, but love to add your initials to the list and your dollar amount. Um, we’ll talk soon.
4:03 Thanks.
Where and how did you run into him?
Hey Amit, around the Orlando area, I met him back in October 2023 at a networking event.
How about you?
He was in the middle of a deal for a roof for one of his accounts that he was managing. The amount due was $15000. He charged the customer $18000. So he stood to make $3000 for doing nothing. The problem is that he kept all the money and the customer was stuck having to pay. He still owes me, the roof guy, over $5000. He continues to make excuses about payment, once saying ‘my dog died’. He’s such a liar, he probably never even had a dog. This guy is the worst.
Hey George, I sent you an email and would love to have a conversation around the timeline on this.
